What is Mandazi?

Instructions

- Gradually add the milk mixture to the flour while kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough to about 1 cm thickness and cut into your desired shapes.
- Allow the pieces to rest for a few more minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
