No Returns for Food Safety
Because Chakula specializes in food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges — even if packages are unopened — to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality. Once our products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions, so we’re unable to resell or reuse them.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.

Resolution Options
Once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

A full refund if the issue affects your entire shipment
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 10 days to appear once approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
