We’re here to make sure your Chakula order arrives safely, quickly, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We currently ship anywhere within the continental U.S. using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • UPS Ground Saver
  • UPS Ground

You’ll see all available shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Georgia + nearby states: 1–2 business days

Other U.S. states: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedule, holidays, or weather conditions. Once USPS or UPS picks up your package, we cannot control carrier delays — but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.

💲 Shipping Rates

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the total weight of your order
  • your shipping address
  • available USPS and UPS rates

You’ll see all available rates before completing your purchase.

🏡 Free Local Delivery (Georgia)

We offer free local delivery within a 25-mile radius of Dallas, GA — including Hiram, Powder Springs, Douglasville, Marietta, Mableton, Kennesaw, and nearby areas. If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear automatically at checkout.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS or UPS tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery step by step. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

✏️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery if an address is incomplete or incorrect.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be re-shipped.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@chakulallc.com or 470-807-0224. We may ask for photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
